Sarah dies at the age of 127 and Abraham buys a family burial plot from the Hittites. Over the objections of the Hittites, who want to give the land to him, Abraham insists on paying full price and he buries Sarah in a cave on the plot.
The story with the purchase of the plot is kind of long and I gather the purpose is to recount why the place said to be the final resting place of Abraham and his kin is still venerated. In any event, if you want the nuts and bolts, you know where to find it.
